    This hand-dyed silk ribbon is hand torn, therefore the edges are frayed and stringy. This is normal and natural with hand-torn silk. We suggest snipping off loose strings rather than pulling to prevent snagging.

    Returns, Exchange & Refunds

    • If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery in writing. One of our team members will then contact you and will advise if a return is needed.

    • A refund will be made after we receive the item.
