Delivery time will vary depending on your location. As a guide, most orders with Standard Registered(Australia Post) within Australia are usually delivered within 2~7 business days from the sent date. Some regional areas may take 6~13 days.

Holiday delivery times may differ. Visit https://auspost.com.au for Holiday/Peak season delivery timelines.

If you need your order in a hurry for a certain date, please contact us before placing an order. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates and do not accept returns or issue refunds if your order doesn't reach you in time for your event. So please place your order accordingly or contact us before placing an order.

It is rare for an item to be lost or damaged in the post. Unfortunately, it can happen. Most of the orders with Standard Registered($8.95+) come with a tracking number(you will receive an email notification with a tracking number along with delivery status once we dispatch your parcel). We recommend upgrading your shipping to a signature at delivery to safeguard your parcel, as we are unable to replace or refund orders that go missing after the delivery status says ‘delivered’, contact us immediately to troubleshoot the issue. We are not responsible for missing packages during the delivery but we can help to find or track them by contacting the couriers. The option to upgrade to add a Signature at Delivery is available at checkout.

Please note, we have a 'No Cancellation' policy, so please be sure of your order before you place it. If you have any questions, please reach out before you place your order.

To prolong the beauty of your flowers and foliage we advise against positioning them in sunlight as over time this may result in fading and discolouration.
Flowers can be placed in water for short periods (e.g. for photo shoots) however it is best to avoid longer periods of water exposure as this may cause the wire inside the stems to rust. Avoid positioning flowers in close proximity to candles as they may burn the delicate materials the flowers are made from. Flower stems are made of wire and plastic and can easily be bent or cut to fit your chosen vase. Cleaning your flowers is easy! If they get a bit dusty, just wipe them with a cloth or baby wipes.

It is easy and simple. Just get a vase you have at home and arrange them the way you like. You can trim/bend the stems to fit your vase better. If you need a trim, use a sharp wire cutter and take care, some of the thicker stems can be hard to get through. We recommend you not to use a vase that has a too wide neck because it will result in flowers separating out a lot more. If you don’t like the look of your flower in a clear vase without water, you can simply use an opaque vase, or use pebbles at the base of your clear vase. Another option is to line the inside of the vase with a broad tropical leaf, this is a method that florists often use to hide messy stems.

We stock only the highest quality. However some flowers are more delicate than others and if not handle gently, a leaf, petal or flower may detach itself from a stem. These can often be popped back onto the stem by slotting it back into the hole in the leaf or flower. If not, sometimes they can be glued back on.
