Returns, Exchange & Refunds

  • We don’t accept returns or provide exchanges to change of mind.
  • If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery in writing. One of our team members will then contact you and will advise if a return is needed.
  • In the case of a defective or damaged product, the item must be UNWORN and UNUSED to be eligible for returns or refunds.
  • All returns need to be approved by us for a refund to be processed or a replacement sent out.
  • A refund will be made after we receive the item.
  • Return shipping should be purchased with tracking, so the customer can be protected.
  • We will reimburse return postage once we confirm the incorrect items sent to the customer or the item is defective/damaged.
  • If there is an error in your shipment, please contact us right away, and we will resolve the error promptly.
  • No refund or replacement will be issued for unauthorized return to sender.
