We have finished this wreath with a luxury silk ribbon for a natural drape and luxurious look. ***Please note all our wreaths are made to order and will vary ever so slightly from the picture shown. We strive to make each and every wreath full and as close to the picture as possible. Occasionally there are some flowers that are no longer available from our suppliers or there are very small variations in colors. The result is that there may be slight variations in our re-designs. Any specific artificial flowers or foliages that have been discontinued will be replaced with a comparable stem so that the same color palette and overall style is achieved. Flowers used for this wreath are not UV resistant, so we recommend indoor decoration.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds

• We don’t accept returns or provide exchanges to change of mind.
• If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery in writing. One of our team members will then contact you and will advise if a return is needed.
• In the case of a defective or damaged product, the item must be UNWORN and UNUSED to be eligible for returns or refunds.
• All returns need to be approved by us for a refund to be processed or a replacement sent out.
• A refund will be made after we receive the item.
• Return shipping should be purchased with tracking, so the customer can be protected.
• We will reimburse return postage once we confirm the incorrect items sent to the customer or the item is defective/damaged.
• If there is an error in your shipment, please contact us right away, and we will resolve the error promptly.
• No refund or replacement will be issued for unauthorized return to sender.
