All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from your order date.

We ship Monday–Friday.
Shipping days do not include weekends and public holidays unless previous arrangements have been made.
If you need your order in a hurry for a certain date, please contact us before placing an order. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates and do not accept returns or issue refunds if your order doesn't reach you in time for your event.
We cannot take responsibility for delayed delivery so please place your order accordingly.
If you are concerned about stolen packages, please opt for "signature at delivery" at check-out.

Any parcels returned to the sender because of the incorrect address provided by the customer will incur postage charges to be sent out to you again. Please ensure the address on your account is correct. If the error is on our part, we will bear the cost of sending you your order.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery in writing. One of our team members will contact you and advise if a return is needed.
